HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates are calculated at check out with FREE SHIPPING to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, and USD 50 FLAT RATE for all other regions/ shipping zones.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.  Please see our Terms and Conditions above for further information regarding dispatch during high order periods.

Domestic Deliveries:

Standard Post via JNE will generally take from 2-3 business days, with available delivery within Bali taking no more than one business day.

Depending on your delivery location these time frames may vary.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we deliver Internationally using EMS to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, which takes 7 – 9 business days and TNT Freight service for other regions, which takes anywhere from 10 – 15 business days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order online using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped it is your responsibility to track your order, failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your Parcel.

CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We are unable to delivery directly to PO Box addresses.  We require a physical address as a signature is required on delivery.
